We understand our clients’ needs go beyond the simple fulfilment of a vacancy. As an independent agency, we can be more flexible and tailor our recruitment to the client’s individual needs. We approach every vacancy as a truly constructive resourcing partner, providing professional advice and recourse planning to ensure your recruitment process marks the beginning of a successful relationship.
Candidates registration is between 7.30am to 6.30pm, thus allowing candidates who are in full time employment to register either before or after work. All candidates complete an application form when registering with us then follows an in-depth interview with one of our experienced and REC qualified consultants. The candidate then completes any necessary skills based assessments, which can include listening skills, data entry, Word, Excel & PowerPoint knowledge. From clients and business partners we take full job specifications, including essential skills and requirements relating to experience, desirable skills, education and qualifications along with the ideal candidate personality to match the company culture and environment. Our referencing policy is tailored to suit clients individual needs and is available for all placements.
We have a planned strategy for advertising and offer all of our clients
free advertising for vacancies, as well as utilising the local press where
we place large advertisements on a weekly basis in the Bournemouth Echo,
in addition to separate lineage advertising in the same publication to
ensure we obtain full advertisement potential. Fresh Recruits also advertise
in the weekly publication Job Opportunities (available Free Of Charge
in supermarkets), The Business magazine and the DCCI magazine. Internet
