The role involves administering the business in accordance with regulatory requirements. You will handle and manage all generic incoming calls in line with agreed service and quality standards, administer all tasks in line with procedures and service standards,set up and maintain full and accurate records, develop and maintain knowledge and skills in line with key competencies and meet compliance and regulatory requirements You need to be proficient in Microsoft Office have good verbal, written and numerical skills, be flexible and have a proactive approach to working methods and demonstrate enthusiasm and commitment. Salary ranges between £13,000- £17,000 DOE Location: Salisbury Account AdministratorOur client is a software company who are currently looking for an Account Administrator to join their busy team. This role is based near Salisbury, Wiltshire. The role involves ensuring support time, services and goods are charged correctly and in a timely manner. You will update client account records to reflect support used and prepare supporting reports to advise clients. You will be responsible for raising sales orders and invoices for clients and follow through to remittance receipt through the issue of statements, credit control letters and telephone calls.You will input suppliers ,purchase orders and invoices and manage the process of chasing up deliveries. All applicants must have good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook.You must be reliable and diligent in recording data have excellent communication skills both verbal and written and the confidence to communicate in face to face meetings with clients and suppliers. A full, clean driving licence is essential. In this role you will investigate and complete individual client records, agree client holdings held with custodian and Registrars where appropriate, be responsible for the Reconciliation of SIPP accounts, liaise with staff where necessary and also liaise and obtain information from third parties where necessary. You need to be a part qualified accountant or have experience of investment contracts. You need financial Services industry experience and experience of incomplete records and complex reconciliation's.
