Our client is a long established company whose offices are located in Ringwood. They are currently seeking a customer focussed candidate to join them within their New Business department specialising in the insurance industry. The main purpose of this role will involve handling customer queries, entering client details onto a computerised system, making recommendations and co-ordinating administration. You will essentially have a thorough understanding of FSA regulations and guidelines and the ability to build strong working relationships combined with a highly organised manner and good level of computer literacy.

Salary: £15,000 - 19,000 + OTE

Mitigation Claims Handler

Our client is looking for a Mitigation Claims Handler who will be responsible to the Mitigation Claims Manager. The job role covers all aspects of Mitigation and processing of all hire and non-hire claims. Duties will involve, ensuring all hire costs incurred are recoverable by the senior claims department, ensuring hire is utilised to its full potential whilst out on hire and that the vehicle is required and the looking after of extension of hire periods. You will manage the repair-tracking system to mitigate repair period to vehicle, deal first hand with customer enquiries and deal with liability negotiation in order to source settlement for client. Will also involve the sending of repair paperwork to relevant TPIs, ensure all details regarding TPIs are correct and the general house keeping of a claim. The client requires someone with Claims handling knowledge and a understanding of the insurance sector. You need to be IT Literate and preferably have an understanding of ABI GTA. You need to have good communication skills, the ability to remain focused on the task at hand and the ability to work as part of team.

Our client is currently looking for a Membership Sales Consultant who can assist in giving specialist advice, support & strategic direction to the Club Support Sales Team. In this job role you will support the Sales & Membership Manager in ensuring that the club delivers its membership targets (monthly and annually.) You will be accountable for: People - Support your Sales & Membership Manager in designing the clubs sales plan by monitoring and understanding your local marketplace including competitors. - Actively participate in all sales training and take every opportunity to increase your level of expertise. - To process your own memberships onto Club Centric - Look for opportunities to exceed your customers expectations, interact with them, anticipate and respond to their needs and understand their wants from the club offering. - To work as part of a sales team, to involve, motivate and inform non-sales staff with regards to sales. - Follow the Standard Operations Procedures. The position will be working within a small and busy team. As a member of the customer service team your role will include answering support calls and logging them on a database, advising customers and dealing with their queries. You must be educated to a good standard and have working knowledge of Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000,XP,2003 and network configuration. You must be a confident team player with the ability to work on their own initiative when required. A full clean driving license is preferred as is customer service experience.

New Business Account Handler

Our client is a leading insurance broker who are currently looking to recruit a New Business Account Handler. In this role you will... 1. Obtain new Commercial lines insurance clients through prospecting and referrals from existing clients. 2. Take instructions/discuss customer requirements involving client visits as required for provision of insurance cover from new Commercial prospects. 3. Prepare presentations to Insurers, input details online or telephone for quotes as appropriate. 4. Review clients insurance needs and make presentations and recommendations based on information gathered. 5. Issue hold covered letters, cover notes (computerised or manual) and policy documents checking for accuracy prior to issue. 6. Deal with mid-term policy queries, issue endorsements where applicable. 7. Re-broke renewals if increase in premium unacceptable and relay results to customer to enable decision to be made making recommendations accordingly. 8. Manage own files/dead correspondence as per procedures manual. 9. Take details of claims notified and report to insurers. Monitor progress of claims and ensure conclusion. Forward all correspondence to insurers and any claims cheques to customers. Record details on file. 10. Keep training record/CPD activity up-to-date. Our client is looking for someone who has thorough understanding of FSA regulations and guidelines relating to Commercial and Retail customers.You must be able to apply own judgement and experience when making decisions or giving advice to clients, including when to refer to colleagues. You will show the ability to prioritise and organise own workload and have the ability to develop and sustain relationships with customers, working under pressure when necessary. Keyboard skills including MS Word and Windows are needed.
