Call Centre Agent in Various - We have a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Call centre Consultant to join a vibrant and enthusiastic team. Your duties will be varied including the following: To assist in the analysis and resolution of client or user inquiries. To give courteous, and accurate responses to callers. To respond to written correspondence from clients and members of the public. And to maintain records of correspondence and other daily activities. You will also be expected to assist supervisors by researching and responding to inquiries, and answering questions for the other representatives and management.
