Recruitment Consultant in Bournemouth - Recruitment Consultant - Salary DOE Experienced Recruitment Consultant is required to join the extremely busy and dynamic team at Fresh Recruits. Previous experience in a Commercial recruitment agency is required as is an excellent knowledge of the local area. This role is due to growth and will involve running a Commercials Perms desk across a wide range of job sectors and industries. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and sales ability as well as a proven track record in the industry; the right candidate must be highly driven to exceed all targets and expectations. Duties will incorporate account management and attending client meetings. Full resourcing including, candidate screening, interviewing and matching. This opportunity will allow the successful Recruitment Consultant to progress their career to a senior level and subsequently reap the associated rewards. The ideal Recruitment Consultant will have the following skills and experiences: Have a track record in the recruitment business with an emphasis on commercial recruitment; Excellent communication skills; Strong team player.
