Lettings NegotiatorLettings Negotiator in Bournemouth - A motivated and professional Lettings Negotiator is required by our client to join a well established and busy team in Bournemouth. The purpose of this role is to generate income for the business in accordance with pre-determined targets by sourcing rented property instructions and matching to prospective tenants. Previous lettings or estate agency experience is essential and you should be used to working in a high pressure environment. Reporting to the Branch Manager you will: Source and maintain a register of prospective tenants in accordance with company standards and procedures; Source instructions from rented property owners and to let properties; Conduct viewings at rented properties in order to agree lets; Liaise and negotiate between Landlord and Tenant to secure tenancies; Process applications and referencing; Maintain regular contact with landlords; Maintain a diarised appointments schedule which will be always be visible to work colleagues and management; Create and organise advertisements in local press and other publications; Maintain and organise office display stands in order to market properties to let; Provide information and statistics to management on a regular basis; and maintain properties advertised to let on the company's website. The successful candidate will always act in a professional manner. You will maintain a high standard of written communication and documentation in all dealings with other staff and existing/prospective clients. You will meet personal targets as set and agreed with management, endeavor to be prompt and punctual at all times and always dress in a smart business like manner during office hours or when carrying out any business related activities. Hours of work are as follows: Mon - Fri 8.45am - 6pm. Saturdays (every other) 9am - 5pm Salary is circa £15k pa plus commission with a realistic OTE of £30k pa.
