Business Development AgentBusiness Development Agent in Bournemouth - Our Marketing client is seeking 1 Flemish-speaking and 2 Dutch-speaking outbound telephone-based Business Development Agents (BDAs) to represent our clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner. You will make between 120-150 calls on a daily basis, converse at high level with potential clients, prepare comprehensive reports for clients, manage and quality assure database, show enthusiasm for IT on the telephone, participate in training sessions and have a willingness to learn, communicate new ideas and concepts to high-level IT management, and achieve targets and objectives set by campaign managers. You will work in a target-driven environment and you will be expected to fulfil set objectives on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You will have good attention to detail, be determined to achieve targets, be a self-motivated and enthusiastic worker, have an excellent telephone manner, be a proactive team player, good communicator, have dedication and willingness to learn, use your own initiative effectively and be reliable with good time management skills. You will also be educated to A-level standard, including GCSE Maths and English (IT or Business related degree preferable); and be computer literate (preferably experience in Microsoft Access). Outbound telephone experience is desired but not essential. Salary £18000 basic plus bonuses and incentives when on target, £15000 basic when under target.
