Telemarketing Executive

Telemarketing Executive in Salisbury - Our client is currently looking to recruit a Telemarketing Executive. The main purpose of this role is to book qualified demonstrations with Managing Directors or Senior decision makers for the field sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Using your market research data to telephone companies; Fluently delivering marketing scripts; Obtain commitment from the Managing Director or key Decision maker for an appointment for a demonstration to be made; Ensure that the demonstration will qualify in line with the rules for qualification in force; Book the demonstration into the Sales diary; Assisting the team by carrying out general administration duties including filing, word processing, faxing etc. as required; Undertaking cold calling and data entry as necessary. The person appointed will: Have an excellent telephone manner; Have the desire to be successful; Possess IT skills and have a working knowledge of Windows-based packages; Have organisational skills in such tasks as filing, diary-keeping and forward Planning; Have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude towards their duties; Be able to work as part of a team, maintaining a good supportive relationship with team members and all other staff; Be prepared to undertake training to up-date skills as appropriate. It is desirable that the person appointed will: Have previous experience of working in a call centre/sales environment; Be able to demonstrate success in a previous telemarketing/sales role. Salary: £25000 per annum + OTE 60k
