Service Sales Advisor

Service Sales Advisor in Poole - Our client is currently looking to recruit a Service Sales Advisor to manage all service telephone and walk in enquiries, manage the handover and administration of Customer Service Vehicles and explain the work carried out on vehicles ensuring customers full understanding and authorisation. You will deal with customer's requirements for service and vehicle repairs in an efficient and courteous manner to ensure a high standard of customer satisfaction, distribute jobs out to Technicians, plan the distribution of work amongst the team and record vehicle details and service histories accurately and effectively. Overall you will be responsible for customer satisfaction, cost control, improving profitability, administration and communication. The ideal candidate will have a substantial amount of motor trade experience in a similar role. Alternatively, a substantial amount of strong customer service experience (Face to face essential) plus any motor trade experience beneficial. The successful candidate will be well presented with excellent communication, accuracy and quality / administrative skills. You will be a team player, driven, customer focused and enthusiastic. A car allowance of £150 per month is included. Hours: M-F 8am to 6pm, Saturdays 8.30am to 1.30 am (one in four) – Full day off on a Monday when a Saturday is worked.
