Client Services ExecutiveClient Services Executive in Wimborne - Our brand and retail instore marketing client is seeking a Client Services Executive to develop and support specified accounts, ensuring that all customer needs are met; and to maximise opportunities to drive profit by fostering excellent business relationships and up-selling/cross-selling where possible. You will work on all aspects of allocated client accounts; develop and maintain a close working relationship with client contacts; recognise commercial opportunities; liaise with the Senior Client Services Manager on a day-to-day basis on key account issues; provide and manage all clients' quotation requirements - screen, digital and litho; liaise with art-workers and agencies to ensure that third-party contributions to each job are scheduled in a timely manner; brief production team with details of jobs, ensuring they are able to schedule each job in a timely manner; liaise with despatch to ensure that customer packing and storage requirements are met; ensure that all aspects of the job have been quoted, checked and that details are included in the invoices; build on department relationships to help foster a positive working environment; and provide backup to the Client Services Team and Reception. You must have the following experience: working within a customer-facing and administrative role, account handling, and experience and knowledge of print; sales experience is also desirable.
