Homecare Manager

Homecare Manager in Bournemouth - Our client is currently looking to recruit a Homecare Manager. In this role, your responsibilities will include: - the setting up, growth and management of a high quality service to deliver personal care and support for clients who are living in their own home; ensure appropriate staffing levels of well trained and suitable staff; provide support and line management for the homecare team; play a lead role in developing and promoting the service to local authority commissioners, existing and new clients, families and other external agencies. The successful candidate must have proven experience in Homecare delivery as well as a substantial amount of Management Experience in a care environment. Additionally, Safeguarding Adults and Children training, knowledge or experience is essential. An RGN or RMN is desirable.
