Inside Sales Representative

Inside Sales Representative in England - Our Poole client is seeking an experienced Inside Sales Representative to contact the UK customer base to generate revenue for the company and to build strong customer relationships that promote customer loyalty. You will also provide an efficient and professional first point of contact, price competitively for the customer whilst achieving the best possible margin for the company, advise and assist the customer with all areas of work from R&D to manufacture, identify compliance needs and any serious factors that may lead to legislation issues, and further facilitate all queries from the customer, endeavouring to secure answers and information. Additionally, you will be responsible for the preparation and provision of quotations, sourcing stock, following up quotations, lead generation, sales analysis and account development. You should have the equivalent of GCSEs in Science, Maths and English and ideally, a degree in a scientific subject. Sales-related customer contact background is necessary, along with an understanding of the fine chemicals market, a good understanding of SAP and some experience within a commercial environment.
