Recruitment Consultant in Bournemouth - We are looking for an experienced Recruitment Consultant to provide first-class service to our clients. Customer-related service includes taking and filling of vacancies, managing the vacancy lifecycle, resolving problems and developing business through customer service calls and proactively merchandising candidates. You must be able to achieve all targets set and maintain a high quality of work and professionalism. You will need to be proactive, with an innovative approach to new business and account management. Enthusiasm and commitment to the philosophy of our company is essential. Your responsibilities will include managing own desk, interviewing and registering of prospective candidates, client (including key accounts) and candidate management, growth of new business from new, lapsed and existing customers, discussing and negotiating fees and Terms & Conditions, keeping contact with clients and candidates to build up a good friendly and professional relationship, marketing candidates out to prospective and existing companies within the Dorset area, visiting clients, working to weekly, monthly and yearly KPIs, and managing all administration associated with the desk.
