Branch Manager

Branch Manager in New Milton - Our client is seeking a Branch Manager to be fully responsible for the day-to-day operations of the branch; your objective will be to maximise the business levels and ultimately, profitability. Your main duties will include undertaking market appraisals, instructions and viewings; ensuring property details and literature are compliant; coaching and developing staff members; identifying opportunities to enhance and increase business levels; updating REAPIT and undertaking general administrative tasks; arranging and maintaining adequate canvassing at branch level; managing and actioning the supply of all boards; and obtaining and achieving standards in relation to all aspects of the business which includes CPL, FS and HIPS. You should have experience in managing relationships, developing and influencing, planning and organisation, and valuation and negotiation. You must also have previous Estate Agency management experience and, ideally, an understanding of the Financial Services industry.
