Trainee Negotiator

Trainee Negotiator in Ringwood - Trainee Negotiator required. Our successful client is currently seeking highly motivated individuals who possess a background in Sales and who are looking for an exciting opportunity to begin their career as a Negotiator. You will provide clients and customers with a professional estate agency service, maximising business from opportunities created. This will include interviewing applicants, contacting qualified applicants regularly, negotiating with potential purchasers and coordinating transactions. You will also integrate into a team environment and provide support to your colleagues and manager, introduce clients and applicants to your mortgage consultant, ensure that service standards laid down by the company are met, achieve sales targets as agreed with your manager, become familiar with all systems, procedures and legislation, project a professional image to the public and work colleagues, and attend training sessions. You will have excellent communication skills; a positive, enthusiastic, resilient and determined attitude; and high-level organisation skills. Industry experience is not required as full training is provided, although we usually like to see a stable background where applicants are able to illustrate achievement in their careers.
