An opportunity has now arisen for a Trainee Recruitment Consultant to join their team. This is the ideal position for someone who's ambitious, wants to learn and most importantly, wants to earn. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you'll be responsible for building upon an existing platform of business from key accounts and preferred supplier relationships. This is a proactive, consultative sales and account management position in which your focus will be on generating new business within new and existing clients, and placing business-savvy technical candidates across the investment banking industry. Specifically, as a Trainee Recruitment Consultant your role will encompass new client development, development of existing clients, and candidate sourcing through networking and headhunting. For this exciting opportunity our client is keen to hear from a range of motivated candidates looking to develop their career. At a minimum however, you must have the following: Some commercial work experience, some previous sales experience or a good level of education (ideally to degree level or equivalent) and a full driving license and your own transport. As a Trainee Recruitment Consultant you should have an exceptional telephone manner, an energetic and highly self motivated approach and good negotiating skills. You will also need to be a fast learner who's keen, tenacious and professional. Above all, our client is looking for someone with the right mentality and drive.
