Independent Financial Advisor

Independent Financial Advisor in Wimborne - Our client is currently looking for an Independent Financial Advisor; this role is either on an employed or self-employed basis, whichever is best suited to the candidate. Specific responsibilities in this role include contacting potential clients to ensure sales targets are met, ensuring sufficient client information is obtained and analysing information gathered, undertaking sufficient product and market research, ensuring suitable recommendations are made, attaining and maintaining level of competence as required by the firm and ensuring relevant CPD is maintained and recorded accurately. Relevant skills and knowledge include the requisite generic knowledge and qualification (e.g. FPC), a detailed knowledge and understanding of the firm's record-keeping requirements and provision of advice to clients in a compliant manner.
