Digital Creative LeadDigital Creative Lead in Southampton - Our client is currently looking to recruit a Creative Lead with a digital focus. They are looking for a conceptual thinker and ideas generator, who is also an excellent craftsman with a strong understanding of design. As well as managing and inspiring creatives, you will work closely with designers, copywriters, art-workers and digital developers to ensure all ideas are executed to perfection. Under the guidance of the Creative Director you will be responsible for leading projects and pitches, overseeing creative output, steering creative thinking, developing campaigns and liaising with clients alongside account managers/directors. Educated to degree level, you will have previous experience in leading creative projects online. You will have proven experience managing projects and working on high calibre accounts, as well as managing and mentoring other creatives. Able to demonstrate success in pitch-winning, you will show the ability to deliver campaigns from idea to execution. You must have excellent working knowledge of Photoshop and Microsoft Office and an understanding of Flash, Illustrator, Video, Photography, 3D and other technologies relevant to digital production.
