Account DirectorAccount Director in Southampton - Our client is looking to recruit an experienced Account Director to spearhead their drive into new markets; they are looking for an individual with experience of winning business and growing accounts in the email marketing, digital CRM and tactical digital production area. The overall purpose of the role will be to spearhead the company into new markets and head up the management of these new accounts. You will develop new revenue streams within email marketing and digital production, and build and sustain healthy relationships with clients to ensure total client satisfaction and long term account growth. You will manage an Account Manager and Project Manager, and grow a team in line with new business success; you will also work closely with internal and external production resources and the New Business Team. Previous experience of working at an established UK online agency is essential, along with a substantial amount of agency experience. You will be experienced at working on high calibre accounts, have an excellent understanding of digital production cycle, organisational and planning skills and good time management with the ability to prioritise. You will be proactive, confident, creative, dynamic, have gravitas, driven, autonomous, credible, respected reputation, able to influence others, stacks of initiative, loyal, visionary, ambitious and enthusiastic. Package includes annual bonus (business performance related), BUPA Healthcare after one year, 23 days holiday increasing to 25 after 5 years service, contributory pension and relocation assistance offered (if applicable).
