ParaplannerParaplanner in Christchurch - Our Financial Management client in Lymington is seeking a Paraplanner. Responsibilities include preparing client packs for client meetings, obtaining quotations from product providers, providing full research and analysis of products, report writing including suitability letters, ensuring business done and client files are compliant, dealing with the daily post, dealing with and making telephone calls to clients and providers, ensuring Sales Consultant's diary is kept up-to-date, monitoring new business and pipeline business for the Sales Consultant, updating 1st Software with client and product information, using 1st Software diary system to log all ongoing business and chase outstanding requirements, writing and sending letters to clients and providers, processing new business applications and chasing for outstanding requirements, and issuing policy documentation to clients. You must have a very substantial amount of experience in the Financial Services industry, good standard of English and Maths, good telephone skills, excellent organisational skills, ability to use own initiative and computer literacy. Preferred criteria include previous IFA office experience; FPC 1, 2 and 3 and working towards AFPC; and knowledge of 1st Software, Exchange, Synaptics and Trigold.
