Head Of Operations in Christchurch - Our client is a leading food company who is currently looking for a Head of Operations. In this role you will be responsible for the supply chain from source to distribution to adhere to the business plan. You will be managing the supply base as well as monitor report and improve KPIs, budgetary control and lost of sales. You will gather and use information on supply and quality as part of the review process. You will undertake long term planning on supplier portfolio to accommodate future innovation and operational enhancements. Our clients need to understand a balance of strong understanding of the practicalities with the ability to influence in different situations to deliver against the core KPIs. The ideal person will have experience of food manufacturing and FMCG brand requirements, along with a demonstrable determination to bring great quality foods to market at a competitive price. Experience of man management and cross functional working are critical to this role, as is a track record of making continual improvements to every business issue you have faced
