Customer Support Coordinator (Technical)

Customer Support Coordinator (Technical) in Christchurch - Duties to include dealing with customer queries on a daily basis of both a commercial and a technical nature, estimating sales pricing from both multi level bills of material currently held on MRP based systems and from drawings and raising sales orders. The candidate must have a good engineering / commercial skills and a good understanding of MRP type systems and an understanding of Aviation quality requirements. Being conversant with the use of IPC / CMM would be a distinct advantage. The job includes the requirement to be part of the AOG duty roster. This involves being part of an out of hours support team that can be called in at short notice by our customers to ship out stock items.

Location: Christchurch
Salary: £15000 - £16000 per annum
