Client Technician

Client Technician in Bournemouth - You will be required to work for one of the largest international insurance broking, risk management and employee benefits organisations in the world. They specialise in commercial business insurance ranging from small to corporate sized operations. The ideal candidate needs to have a good general insurance background to provide the highest possible level of customer service. You will be contributing to the development, implementation and maintenance of clients plans to achieve business objectives. You will provide an effective, proactive client service, providing technical advice and cost-effective solutions to meet client expectations and service standards, ensure risks are placed on best terms and in the most appropriate and secure market, develop and foster client and relationships to attract new business and further develop / retain existing clients. You will maintain and develop mutually supportive insurer / underwriter relationships to ensure effective placement of risks, assist in developing and implementing effective business development, broking and client service systems and process and cross sell Company products and services to existing clients Education - Desirable Min 5 GCSE or equivalent passes at grades A-C. Professional Qualifications Certificate in Insurance Diploma or Advanced Diploma Essential Experience Previous experience with Commercial Insurance Market. Team player with the ability to work on their own initiative. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Desirable Experience Experience of working in an insurance broker environment. Understanding of FSA and contract certainty requirements.
