Customer Support ExecutiveCustomer Support Executive in England - Due to ongoing recruitment a vacancy has become available for a Customer Support Executive within our clients financial services company. Working within the customer care team you will be responsible for providing a central point of contact for customers and financial advisers. There will also be a requirement for the job holder to take telephone calls from financial advisers, clients and regional office staff, as well as colleagues within head office. The telephone skills are required to a high standard, the Customer Care Representative will have a proven ability to handle calls appropriately and effectively and will have a clear understanding of conversational cycles and will be able to demonstrate an ability to handle challenging calls. Previous office experience preferably in financial services industry with complaint handling knowledge is essential combined with 4 GCSE's Grade C or above or the equivalent (Maths & English preferable) (CF1 or CIA preferable).
