Technical Team Support in Ringwood - A Ringwood based Telecoms Company who develop sell and support Telephone Call Logging software, Fraud Detection software and Hospitality Property Management Systems have a vacancy for Technical Support Members. The position will be working within a small and busy team. As a member of the customer service team your role will include answering support calls and logging them on a database, advising customers and dealing with their queries. You must be educated to a good standard and have working knowledge of Windows 95, 98, NT, 2000,XP,2003 and network configuration. You must be a confident team player with the ability to work on their own initiative when required. A full clean driving license is preferred as is customer service experience.

Location: Ringwood
Salary: £14000 - £16000 per annum
