Lettings Negotiator

Lettings Negotiator in England - Our client is seeking an experienced Lettings Negotiator to join their small and busy team. The successful candidate must have a strong background in Residential Lettings and have a good amount of previous experience. You must have an up-to-date working knowledge of the relevant laws, legalities and procedures, as you will be responsible for most of your own administration. You will have the use of a pool car during the day but will not have a company car to take home. You will be working in a small department so you must be a well-motivated self-starter with good all round knowledge of the industry - although you will get some administrative support, you will be doing a lot of your own admin; i.e. reference checking, contracts, credit checking, etc. You will be encouraged to generate new business, and any business successfully won will increase your basic salary and commission.
