Underwriting Administrator

Underwriting Administrator in Poole - Our client provides vehicle finance and vehicles for consumers and business customers who require standard and non standard sub prime finance. They were established as an online business in 2003 and with solid financial backing they have grown from a broker to a direct lender during 2005. One of their key sales channels is their direct to consumer market via Telesales management. The role is to take our online enquires and dealer enquires and convert them to lending decisions from their panel of prime and sub prime lenders, managing their lead generation workflow and our conversion rates with lenders. Duties & Tasks First line qualification of clients via telephone qualification Proposing clients to the relevant lending association Management of proposals to acceptances from lenders Competent completion of finance documentation Comprehensive updating of the internal web based CRM system Day to day support for designated telesales Managers Management of financial targets and reporting Packaging of completed finance applications Skills Required A planner who is able to analytically plan day to day activities set correct client expectations Excellent qualification skills, able to listen, empathise and qualify a clients need quickly and efficiently Persistent / articulate with high integrity
