Sales Consultant

Sales Consultant in Poole - Our client is looking for an experienced Sales Consultant to convert qualified leads into closed deals for finance and the supply of cars and vans. One of their key sales channels is their ‘direct to consumer' market via telesales management. Successful applicants will progress quickly into sales management positions heading other sales teams, delivering financial results, motivating staff and assisting in the forward strategy of the business. You will sell finance packages over the phone to pre-qualified clients, manage your Underwriter/Administrator to deliver the required KPIs, manage a high level of workflow and leads, update the internal web-based CRM system, manage clients' needs and requirements, source required client vehicles and manage financial targets and reporting. You will be a persistent and target-focused goal setter with strong commercial awareness. You will also be empathetic to customer requirements, with excellent qualification skills: able to listen, empathise and qualify a client's need quickly and efficiently. Additionally, you will have strong influencing and negotiating skills and be able to sell a packaged solution. Finally, you will be a prioritiser and planner who is able to analytically plan day-to-day activities and able to handle a fast-paced environment to produce monthly financial targets. Salary: £12000 - £16000 basic per annum + OTE £29k
