New Business Development in Poole - Our client are one of the UK's leading and fastest growing content management companies. The post holder will work within the Telesales team undertaking the task of Outbound cold calling. Prequalification work with the goal of generating new business opportunities. Special Requirements: Additional hours may need to be worked from time to time. Qualifications/Knowledge: Essential •Good general education to A-Level or equivalent. •High level of competence in written and spoken English Desirable •Degree or equivalent in business studies/marketing •Experience of the Content Management market Work Related Experience: Essential •Minimum of 3 years experience of working in a call centre •Experience of Direct Marketing standards and understanding of best practice •Ability to quickly establish relationships with potential customers •A desire to ensure excellent customer service Desirable •Knowledge of CMS technologies and market place •Knowledge of business outcomes for intranet, Internet and extranet technologies including accessibility issues, would be desirable Strong organisational and communication skills with the ability to manage a variety of projects simultaneously are required as well as being able to work to deadlines in an enjoyable but high pressure environment. You must have the ability to work well in a team and on your own initiative.

Salary: £18000 per annum + 22-24k OTE
