Marketing Executive

Our client is looking for a Marketing Executive to join its Business Development & Marketing Team based in London. In this role you will work as part of a team to deliver a range of marketing and communications activity to support the Company product range and Company's clients. You will also assist the Marketing Channel Managers with marketing activities across the whole marketing spectrum, supporting the business in achieving objectives. Responsibilities will be to: Assist the Marketing Channel Managers with the implementation and delivery of a range of marketing and communications activity to support the Company product range; Work closely with the Marketing Channel Mangers in implementing the marketing strategies to support the sales team in achieving their sales targets; Work closely with and brief external agencies to ensure the delivery of timely marketing and communication activity; Work closely with the Investment team to deliver regular tactical sales and marketing campaigns and pieces to the market; Help to maintain a compliant and in-stock suite of marketing communication items and disclosure documentation for the Company product range; Log, manage and monitor the compliance files to ensure compliance with all necessary regulations; Ensure website and other client and broker facing material are up to date; Work to ensure that marketing budgets are adhered to and the effectiveness of spend is maximised and seek cost savings where available; Work as part of the team to bring new product development initiatives to market to maintain an innovative product range. The successful candidate must have: Excellent campaign and project management abilities; Excellent communication skills; Good investment product and markets knowledge; Strong planning and organisational skills; Strong word, PowerPoint and excel skills. Additionally, you will have a relevant marketing or business qualification, experience of working within a credible investment management organisation, or similarly oriented business and experience of working within a regulated financial environment. Manager of Marketing Communications

Our Financial Services client is currently looking to recruit a Manager of Marketing Communications. Job Profile: Own and drive marketing communications for the International market operating unit; Manage core marketing delivery functions:- Production, Content, Literature, Creative activities; Own print management strategy and work closely with the UK market operating unit to facilitate scale efficiencies; Manage and publish Consumer and Adviser publications – both print and online; Drive the Company’s digital strategy and capability, future-proofing the Company’s e-marketing, aligned with core strategic principles, e.g. broader reach, deeper consumer awareness, lower costs; Manage and deliver campaigns, to bring new initiatives to market and refresh existing proposition. Qualifications/Experience Required - Technical Competencies: Sound experience managing performance of marketing suppliers:- agencies, web suppliers, printers, etc; Experience managing creative marketing people and teams; Experience of sourcing, assessing and delivering digital media solutions; Proven project management experience – with proven delivery track record; Understanding of the principles of brand architecture; Awareness of compliance requirements where FSA is the lead Plc Regulator.
