Secretarial / PA job offersNegotiatorOur Bournemouth based client is looking to recruit an experienced Negotiator with a strong background in Residential Lettings possessing ideally two years previous experience. You must have an up to date, working knowledge of the relevant laws, legalities and procedures, as you will be responsible for most of your own administration including reference checking, contracts and credit checking and you must be a well motivated self-starter with a good all round knowledge of the industry The successful candidate will have the use of a car during the day but will not have a company car to take home and you will be encouraged to generate new business which will potentially increase your basis and commission. Working hours will either be Monday to Friday 9.00 - 5.30pm or Monday - Friday 9.30 - 6.00pm with a possibility of working on Saturday which will be worked on a rota basis.
