Telemarketing Executive

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Telemarketing Executive. The main purpose of this role is to book qualified demonstrations with Managing Directors or Senior decision makers for the field sales team. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Using your market research data to telephone companies; Fluently delivering marketing scripts; Obtain commitment from the Managing Director or key Decision maker for an appointment for a demonstration to be made; Ensure that the demonstration will qualify in line with the rules for qualification in force; Book the demonstration into the Sales diary; Assisting the team by carrying out general administration duties including filing, word processing, faxing etc. as required; Undertaking cold calling and data entry as necessary. The person appointed will: Have an excellent telephone manner; Have the desire to be successful; Possess IT skills and have a working knowledge of Windows-based packages; Have organisational skills in such tasks as filing, diary-keeping and forward Planning; Have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude towards their duties; Be able to work as part of a team, maintaining a good supportive relationship with team members and all other staff; Be prepared to undertake training to up-date skills as appropriate. It is desirable that the person appointed will: Have previous experience of working in a call centre/sales environment; Be able to demonstrate success in a previous telemarketing/sales role. Sales Executive

Our client is currently looking to recruit a Sales Executive to book and attend meetings with clients and prospective clients to sell the Company’s products and services. Also meet and exceed sales targets and ensure all aspects of the sales process are completed efficiently. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Attending all appointments promptly and making every effort to sell the Company’s products and services to the customer; Selling sufficient units each month to ensure that a minimum of ten sold units are installable each month; Sitting every appointment assigned to you; Leaving a printed quotation with the customer after the demonstration or if not possible to ensure that one is emailed to the customer within 24 hours of the dem; Completing all necessary administration associated with the Sales process; Attending the office during normal working hours if no booked appointments with customers; Utilising the training provided to ensure you present the demonstration in line with Company procedure. The person appointed will: Be able to provide evidence of their exceptional track record in the field of Sales; Believe in and be able to demonstrate high professional standards; Have excellent communication skills both face to face and on the telephone; Have excellent interpersonal skills; Possess IT skills and have a working knowledge of Windows-based packages; Have organisational skills in such tasks as filing, diary-keeping and forward planning; Have an enthusiastic and flexible attitude towards their duties; Be able to work as part of a team, maintaining a good supportive relationship with team members and all other staff; Be prepared to undertake training to up-date skills as appropriate; Possess a valid UK driving licence.
