Telesales job offers in RingwoodTelesales Floor ManagerOur client is currently recruiting for a Telesales Floor Manager based at their Ringwood office. They are an established solar energy company and due to their continual growth they are looking for an experienced Floor Manager to run a 60 seat call centre. This is a high profile role within a rapidly growing group and offers a great career opportunity for the right candidate. The successful candidate will have a genuine opportunity to develop the department and they are looking for new ideas and ways to continue their development - they have grown by 600% in the last 2 years. Hours: Four days during the week plus Saturday or Sunday; Mon to Fri 12.30 to 20.30 Sat 09.00 to 17.00 Sun 10.00 to 16.00. The role will involve providing key supervisory duties to train, lead and motivate the telesales team to book appointments for residential customers for free surveys. The successful candidate will need to be able to demonstrate proven telemarketing and managerial experience and: Have experience in consistently hitting or exceeding sales targets; Be flexible and adaptable to the changing requirements of an expanding business; Be able to work on own initiative; Possess excellent administrative and organisational skills and be comfortable in using Microsoft Office; Ideally be experienced in delivery of high-quality leads to a Field Sales Team.
