PHP Developer

Our client is an expanding company who are currently looking to recruit a PHP developer to join their team to assist the development of their financial services back office system. The successful candidate must have a demonstrated ability and experience of working with PHP developments and in a WAMP environment. You should be motivated, organised and happy to work in a small team. Your core skills will be working with PHP, MySQL and Apache. Knowledge of complex SQL queries is essential. Supporting skills such as javascript, jquery and AJAX are preferable but not necessary. Remuneration is £21,000 per annum based on 40 hours per week. The office is based in a central location, ideally placed between Bournemouth and Poole and within walking distance of main public transport routes. Senior Developer / Senior Software Engineer

Our client, a Poole based cutting-edge software development company, is looking for a Senior Java Developer to join its rapidly growing team. The successful candidate will be highly versed in Java / J2EE development and will have working knowledge of Linux, MySQL / Spring, HTML / CSS & Javascript. The role requires someone who thinks beyond their experience to solve problems. You must be able to work with minimal supervision and have some solution design experience from a software engineering discipline (not just have web agency experience). The required skill set is: Java, Linux, Spring, HTML / CSS / JavaScript, MySQL and SVN. Desirable: Big Data experience (Cassandra, Hadoop – not MongoDB) and JQuery.
