Group Warranty Administrator

Our client currently has an exciting opportunity for a Group Warranty Administrator to join their busy Group Warranty Department based at Wallisdown Poole, covering all elements of warranty claim processing on behalf of their manufacturers. Using your excellent attention to detail and accuracy skills, you will check claims in line with current manufacturer policy requirements, ensuring timely and accurate processing of multiple franchises dealer claims. With a positive attitude to problem solving, you will work closely with the Group Warranty Manager and Group Warranty Auditor. The ability to build and maintain excellent relationships both internally and externally are a necessity in order to achieve the primary job function objectives. Meticulous and thorough in your approach, you will ensure submissions reflect correct vehicle and customer data are maintained, ensuring only accurate and fully justified claims are submitted. This role requires excellent IT literacy and a good working knowledge of Microsoft products would be an advantage, as would ADP Autoline Dealer Management System. The successful candidate will be a hardworking, determined and proactive individual with the skills and expertise to make this role a success. While previous experience in a similar role or within the motor industry would be beneficial it is not essential. If you possess excellent administration skills, work with real initiative and have strong team ethics then comprehensive training both internal and manufacturer based will be given. Practice Manager

Practice Manager required for a modern and friendly Dental Practice located on the outskirts of Poole. This is a Part Time role Monday – Friday, 9.30am to 2.30pm. Our client is looking for an experienced, self-motivated and people-orientated Practice Manager to support the Principal Dentist with overall management of the practice as well as lead and motivate an enthusiastic team of clinical and non-clinical staff. Job Responsibilities: Main areas involved in the role are: Staff management and motivation - The manager is expected to have a good understanding of current employment legislation, to guide and direct staff within the current legislative framework and provide guidance to principals in all staff matters; Financial control, monitoring and analysis - With the support of the practice bookkeeper, the manager will be expected to manage the finances of the practice, and provide regular reports of financial status to the principals; Public relations and marketing - The manager is expected to provide impetus for all the marketing and promotional strategies, to manage any change necessary in developing the practices’ service, style, image and patient care procedures; Health and Safety - The manager should have an understanding of the Health and Safety at Work Act, and become familiar with all legislation and guidelines relevant to the smooth and safe running of the dental practice; Management of change and progress development - The manager is expected to contribute to the practice’s long term strategic and business planning, and to take an active role in the development of the business. A background in the Dental sector is essential. Proven office management skills and experience including administration, people management, basic accounts, marketing, communication, organisation, and customer care are all of great importance and our client is seeking a very specific individual to join the team to keep standards high and help take the practice forward. You will need to have experience of facilities/office management, payroll and tax returns, be an excellent ‘people person’ and confident in communications with staff, patients, other local practices and professionals. You must be highly organised with a strong attention to detail, have business financial skills and be confident with marketing. You must also have strong analytical, management, leadership and communication skills and the ability to be flexible when faced with the varying challenges and responsibilities the post entails. This position will attract a salary of £12ph to £14ph, depending on experience.
