Investment Executive - Proposition

Our Financial Services client is looking to recruit an Investment Executive to join its Proposition Marketing department based in Central London. You will take an active role in the delivery and support of new investment solutions for the UK Market. You will also work independently to prioritise and manage a range of marketing and communications activity as well as building and maintaining relationships with, and acting as a resource for, key stakeholders both internal and external. In assessing deliverables, you will be expected to interpret customer needs and identify solutions where non standard resolution is available, within budgetary constraints. The successful candidate will have the following responsibilities: Responsibility for the production and maintenance of information and data emanating from investment ‘team’ within Proposition Marketing. This will include the creation and maintenance sales aids, brochures, reports etc and other categories of material designed to promote the investment proposition. Must manage to agreed targets, costs and delivery dates; Identify, develop and strengthen relationships with key stakeholders. This will involve regular contact and consistent delivery such that an efficient planning and delivery process is in place; Consolidation of fund data for different fund ranges and corporate actions. This will include running regular reviews against other sources for validation as well as the addition and removal of funds; Responsible for development of the Proposition Marketing investment focused intranet pages and SalesNet site to ensure that they continue to maximise team exposure and ensuring that the team profile is positive and support material is readily available; Work with Investment Lead Specialist to quantify the new fund business case and summarising new fund requests; Technical Excellence – Having a detailed understanding of all investment solutions in order to apply to a wide range of standard and non-standard situations; Technical Knowledge – Ensuring investment knowledge is consistently assessed and improved with reference to competitors and market developments, so as to inform other non-investment areas of marketing in relevant projects, and improve investment products and enhance investment proposition; Project Developments – Sharing specialist knowledge and experience, contribute fully to management of and delivery of solutions, within the Group’s project framework. Will be expected to lead small projects within the team to completion, unsupervised, with minimal risk and resource requirements.
