Our client, a successful media agency, is looking to recruit an 'Engagement Planner'. This role is accountable to the Engagement Planning Lead. Structures Engineer

Our client currently has a vacancy for an experienced Structures Engineer. Being responsible to the Engineering Manager you will work as part of a small team. Your responsibilities will include: structural design of allocated products; ensuring that all allocated products’ structural design is in compliance with all applicable requirements; production of type certification documentation; communicating via senior structures engineers for day-to-day interface with the design engineering teams and ensuring design teams work in accordance with the agreed structures philosophy; structures approval of design drawing packages as authorised by design organisation handbook; and regular structures progress reporting to the engineering manager/senior management. Your technical skills will include a degree or HND in Engineering or equivalent experience in aircraft structures design and/or aircraft systems design. You will be fully cognizant with EASA and FAA airworthiness requirements; have a full driving license; be willing to travel in the UK and abroad as projects dictate; be Microsoft Office literate (including Excel) and proficient in use of NISA; Catia V5 and AutoView literate. You must be self-motivated and capable of working without direct supervision, as well as being a good listener capable of absorbing and interpreting input from other engineers or departments influencing the design process; and capable of making reasoned decisions relating to the design process.
