Private Client Solicitor/Legal Executive required immediately! Our client is currently looking to recruit an enthusiastic and dedicated person for their busy office in New Milton with a substantial amount of post qualification experience and the ability to work unsupervised. The ideal candidate will be a STEP member or student with a desire to grow and develop the Private Client department. You must be able to handle a busy and demanding case load and must have the ability to look after the affairs of individual clients and trustees, planning and managing all aspects of their finances, including Wills, trusts, tax, elderly client work, powers of attorney and estate administration. You will be a team player, accurate, numerate and organised, with good communication skills and an excellent telephone manner. You must be IT literate and have a good working knowledge of Microsoft Office. Salary commensurate with experience. Conveyancer

Due to planned growth, our Dorchester based client is looking to recruit at least 2 conveyancers who have experience working with large volumes of cases and in a targeted environment. The ideal candidate will be able to manage a caseload of circa 75 and will have drive and enthusiasm as well as excellent customer service skills. Successful candidates must possess a substantial amount of experience within conveyancing. Only applicants who have the ability to demonstrate sufficient experience in volume conveyancing will be considered. Experience in the following is also essential: Freehold and leasehold sales and purchases; Shared ownerships; New builds; Auction properties; Registered and unregistered land Salary is dependent on experience however is likely to be between £16k and £23k. Our client based in Bournemouth is seeking a Legal Secretary / Assistant to provide support to fee-earners and provide support within the residential and commercial Conveyancing department. Previous legal experience is essential. Good Microsoft Word, experience on Paragon & Case management along with excellent communication skills and the ability to use initiative are also essential requirements. Key responsibilities will be to: Attend to clients to provide support in a professional and friendly manner in keeping with the Firm’s standards for client care; Prepare correspondence and documents through audio typing and word processing; Administer filing, which will include daily filing and the opening, closing, storage and retrieval of client files; Prepare mail and enclosures for dispatch; To arrange for all copying to be done on an ad hoc basis; Diary management - make appointments, arrange meetings and to maintain an up-to-date diary for the fee-earner; Undertake any specific training when required to do so and, overall, to have a responsibility towards self-development; Ensure the confidentiality of all the firm’s and client’ documentation and information.
