Recruitment Consultant

Our client is seeking a Recruitment Consultant experienced in recruiting for the online gaming industry (3+ months experience required). You will be working with new clients and taking responsibility for the full sales-cycle, from new business development to resourcing, interviewing and placing high value development staff. The role will require an entrepreneurial, focused and highly motivated approach to win new business in this highly competitive industry. You will have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to work effectively at all levels. You will also have a confident, client-facing approach, with a desire and commitment to work hard, with the opportunity to earn uncapped commission within a targeted sales environment. Highly desirable but not essential, you will come from a technology and/or marketing/sales-based educational background and have previous experience working within a sales team - ideally Direct, Outbound Telesales or Recruitment environment. Ideally, you will also have experience working within a highly targeted sales environment, and of writing adverts, marketing content and PR. The post holder should aim to become an authority in their market, providing consultancy and advice to both clients and candidates. Geographical area covered is not restricted to the UK and therefore this role may require travel and working outside of standard UK business hours.
