Our client is a local Mortgage Broker who has been running for nearly 10 years; they have 12 current Mortgage Advisors who are completing between 25 to 40 mortgages per month. They are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Advisor to join the team. This is fantastic opportunity as this is a stand alone role and the successful candidate will have the benefit of all the leads provided by the Mortgage Consultants. The successful candidate will be qualified with all relevant Financial qualifications and currently advising as a face-to-face Financial Consultant dealing with Pensions, Investments and Life Cover. Our client is currently seeking a Sales Support Administrator – Wealth Management, to provide office based support to assigned Advisors in the day to day running of accounts, including the setting up and maintenance of systems. The Sales Support Administrator is the first point of contact for client, provider queries and issues as they arise and is expected to have the skills and knowledge to understand what actions are required to meet the expectations of all parties. You will also be responsible for adhering to compliance standards; fulfilling regulatory requirements of the FSA and adherence to company procedures. Financial Controller

Our client is seeking a Financial Controller to help with company growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the Directors of the company; therefore you must be highly organised, self motivated and with the ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines. The role entails producing management accounts, sales and purchase ledger, bank and cash reconciliations and tracking inter-company transactions. You must be able to produce accounts to trial balance and be able to produce various financial reports to include profit and loss. It also includes supporting the business with ad hoc accounting duties including ledger management, VAT returns and month end. The ideal candidate will come from an accounting background and at a minimum be part AAT qualified. You must have an excellent knowledge and be fully conversant with Sage Proline 50, be able to work on your own initiative, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. IFA/Investment Administrator

Our Financial client in Lymington is currently looking to recruit an IFA/Investment Administrator. The successful candidate will be responsible for: Providing accurate valuations for Advisers ahead of client meetings; Ensuring that the valuations and prices on 1st Software are up to date and accurate; Preparing and sending half-yearly valuations to all fee-paying Advisory clients; Calculating fee invoices to send with the client valuations; Preparing standard performance reports; Acting as an assistant to the Investment Manager in fund research and report writing; Assisting with reviews of client portfolios and portfolio management; Providing and completing documentation required to facilitate and support investment recommendations; Maintaining an up to date central file of information for recommended funds; Ensuring that investment business is processed in a compliant manner; Carrying out ad hoc mailings to clients; Undertaking ad hoc investigations as required. All applicants must have experience in an investment role, previous experience in financial services, a good standard of English and Maths, good telephone skills and excellent organisational skills. You must be able to use your own initiative and you must be computer literate. The following criteria would be a distinct advantage: Previous experience working in an IFA office, FPC 1, 2 and 3 qualified or equivalent and knowledge of 1st Software, Synaptics, Analytics. Our client, a local Mortgage Brokerage, is looking to recruit additional experienced Mortgage Advisors to join its team who are overrun with enquiries. The successful candidate will be qualified with CeMap and currently advising as a face-to-face or telephone based mortgage consultant. Our client offers an employed package with all leads and support provided. Employed package £15k to £20k basic depending on experience plus OTE £48k realistically for the first year; this is uncapped. Working Hours: Usually 9am - 6pm week days and 3pm - 4pm on some Saturdays. The successful Advisor is the one that is prepared to make evening and weekend calls and you are encouraged to consider this as building your own business.
