The successful candidate will be responsible for: Providing accurate valuations for Advisers ahead of client meetings; Ensuring that the valuations and prices on 1st Software are up to date and accurate; Preparing and sending half-yearly valuations to all fee-paying Advisory clients; Calculating fee invoices to send with the client valuations; Preparing standard performance reports; Acting as an assistant to the Investment Manager in fund research and report writing; Assisting with reviews of client portfolios and portfolio management; Providing and completing documentation required to facilitate and support investment recommendations; Maintaining an up to date central file of information for recommended funds; Ensuring that investment business is processed in a compliant manner; Carrying out ad hoc mailings to clients; Undertaking ad hoc investigations as required.
