Our Estate Agency client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor for the Ferndown area, to provide an effective and efficient mortgage advisory/placement service to customers, ensuring the provision of ‘best advice’ in line with company procedures and statutory rules and regulations. Experienced Mortgage Advisors should be CeMap qualified, with an excellent track record. Your key task will be to conduct mortgage interviews and complete mortgage questionnaires, and you will be targeted with increasing revenue from the sales of financial services products. You will also develop and maintain a close working relationship with the residential sales team, ensuring a constant supply of referrals. The Mortgage Advisor must value customer service highly and demonstrate a confident yet approachable manner with good communication skills, self-motivation and lots of drive to carry out a very demanding but rewarding job.
