Sales and Customer Account Manager

Our client based in Ferndown currently requires an experienced office based inbound and outbound sales person to help manage its growing customer base and deal with new enquiries. The role would suit a consultative/soft selling style rather than closing/hard style. The ideal candidate will have a professional manner and good work ethic as it is essential to get through a good number of quality calls each day. Our client’s products and services are not particularly technical but ongoing training and support is provided including some initial site visits. However, the successful candidate will need to be able to work independently and on their own initiative as soon as possible. All candidates must be familiar with Word, Excel, Outlook and database or CRM programs. Previous experience dealing with schools, nurseries, residential care or NHS would be useful. This is a permanent, full time role working Monday - Friday, 9am - 5.30pm. Our Estate Agency client is seeking an experienced Mortgage Advisor for the Ferndown area, to provide an effective and efficient mortgage advisory/placement service to customers, ensuring the provision of ‘best advice’ in line with company procedures and statutory rules and regulations. Experienced Mortgage Advisors should be CeMap qualified, with an excellent track record. Your key task will be to conduct mortgage interviews and complete mortgage questionnaires, and you will be targeted with increasing revenue from the sales of financial services products. You will also develop and maintain a close working relationship with the residential sales team, ensuring a constant supply of referrals. The Mortgage Advisor must value customer service highly and demonstrate a confident yet approachable manner with good communication skills, self-motivation and lots of drive to carry out a very demanding but rewarding job.
