Branch Manager - Ferndown

Our client is seeking a Branch Manager for their Ferndown office. Working in a local estate agency, you will be managing staff, meeting and greeting customers, answering the telephone, negotiating, motivating other staff members, recruiting and training, and booking appointments to view and valuate properties. You must have proven sales experience with excellent knowledge of the industry and area, and be totally focused with a sales driven approach and enjoy working within a busy and targeted environment. You should also possess excellent communication skills with a totally customer focused approach and have previously managed a successful branch. You will need to be smart and professional at all times as extensive client contact is a large majority of this role.
