Telesales Account Executive

Our client currently has an opening for a telesales professional to join its busy team. This is a key ‘Hunting’ position within the company and a proven telesales track record is essential. The successful candidate will ideally have knowledge of the meetings industry and be technologically apt. You will have the ability to demonstrate web-based tools, build rapport with people easily and think on your feet in a fast paced environment. All candidates will need to be administratively competent, be able to work most Microsoft applications and have some experience in using sales oriented database management tools. You will be highly self motivated and will be expected to demonstrate how you keep focussed under pressure. Results driven, the successful candidate will have the opportunity of earning uncapped commission. Key Responsibilities include: To achieve a minimum of 100 calls per week to include research & new business calls resulting in sales to meet pre-set targets; To record all communications with clients in the company CRM system and maintain the records to a standard set by the Sales Director; To ensure that live business prospects are followed through to conclusion in a time driven manner to ensure they lead methodically to their final goal; To ensure call objectives are known and achieved for each call made; To be effective and efficient at all times in managing time daily to ensure that core calling times are maximised and shoulder periods are efficiently utilised. The successful candidate must be results driven with a desire to succeed in a commission oriented environment. You must have a professional approach to work at all times, have a personable manner with a good sense of humour, able to take direction and show a willingness to learn, have good IT skills with knowledge of web based search engines and you must be a team player, able to work in a close knit telesales environment. Telesales Person

Our client currently has a telesales position available on a temp basis but possibly permanent for the right person. This telesales role involves, recruiting members and developing relationships with trade customers. The main focus of this position is managing a loyalty scheme for on and off trade customers, requiring daily interaction and communication with these customers. Strong customer service and communication skills are vital, in addition to ‘outside the box’ thinking, meticulous organisation and attention to detail.
