Digital Delivery Manager

Our client is seeking an experienced Digital Delivery Manager to join their project management team and take responsibility for facilitating the efficient delivery of all work through their production studio; and liaising with studio teams to ensure schedules are maintained, aligned and understood by all project teams. You will manage and facilitate the quoting process with each studio team; review the studio schedule with each team; monitor time recording across the business; be the main point of contact for all estimating and scheduling queries; monitor and provide regular reporting on efficiency and performance; hold monthly production meetings with senior colleagues to review monthly team efficiency, resource allocation and resolve issues arising; review non-project schedule requests; and be responsible for querying efficiency, time planned against time in budget, and the use of resources. You will be educated to degree/HND level or equivalent in a related discipline or have substantial experience in a similar role; have experience of working with both automated and manual scheduling tools; have experience of working in a digital agency environment in a similar position; appreciate web technology and understands its possible applications and the technical interfacing issues; be an effective facilitator, with the ability to use effective questioning techniques to analyse and solve problems; be able to understand technical and creative aspects of a project; be able to coordinate timescale estimates and understand project costs; and have professional accreditation in an industry standard methodology, e.g. PRINCE2 or Agile is desirable. User Experience Consultant

Our client is seeking a User Experience Consultant to be key in leading both qualitative and quantitative research, solutions definition and web optimisation projects. You will also be pivotal in driving continuous improvements in facilities, methods, services and products. The post involves leading usability testing projects and providing advice and guidance to other members of the team; preparing time and cost estimates for usability projects; prototyping for clients and the relevant project teams; completing usability evaluations and making recommendations; conducting user interviews, and organising and facilitating collaborative workshops to assess website usability and effectiveness; completing wireframes to encompass navigation, functionality, page content and usability; carrying out research and analysis in the latest interactive studies and reporting back; and ensuring suitable updates are being provided. Our client is seeking a Senior Data Analyst to be responsible for evaluating website performance using web analytics methods and other data mining techniques; as well as managing the reporting systems. You will support the new business, search and account teams providing accurate, timely and relevant information for their diverse requirements. You will also work closely with the product teams to generate ongoing reports that can identify customer behaviour patterns. You will respond to requests for data analysis and research; produce useful insight and valuable information from various raw data sources; recognise and extract critical indicators from large and complex data sets; evaluate, maintain and optimise website or intranet performance; design and maintain processes for measurement, tracking, reporting and analysing traffic and customer experience; undertake social media monitoring and reporting; understand the information needs, the business objectives and the market sectors of the client and implement appropriate data analysis strategies; produce highly intuitive reports for staff in order to enhance client relationships and company�s position as a strategic partner to clients; line manage other analytics staff; and use a variety of statistical techniques and software to provide the most effective data (specifically Webtrends, Omniture, Coremetrics, Google Analytics, Nedstat, Radian6). Our Marketing client is seeking 1 Flemish-speaking and 2 Dutch-speaking outbound telephone-based Business Development Agents (BDAs) to represent our clients in a professional and knowledgeable manner. You will make between 120-150 calls on a daily basis, converse at high level with potential clients, prepare comprehensive reports for clients, manage and quality assure database, show enthusiasm for IT on the telephone, participate in training sessions and have a willingness to learn, communicate new ideas and concepts to high-level IT management, and achieve targets and objectives set by campaign managers. You will work in a target-driven environment and you will be expected to fulfil set objectives on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. You will have good attention to detail, be determined to achieve targets, be a self-motivated and enthusiastic worker, have an excellent telephone manner, be a proactive team player, good communicator, have dedication and willingness to learn, use your own initiative effectively and be reliable with good time management skills. You will also be educated to A-level standard, including GCSE Maths and English (IT or Business related degree preferable); and be computer literate (preferably experience in Microsoft Access). Outbound telephone experience is desired but not essential. Salary £18000 basic plus bonuses and incentives when on target, £15000 basic when under target.
