This is a fantastic opportunity for experienced Commercial Insurance Sales Execs / Account Managers to join a brand new commercial insurance brokerage opening up in Bournemouth. Experience in Commercial Insurance and Business Development is essential, the roles requires a driven and dedicated Sales Professional who is used to bringing on new business. This is an excellent time to be joining a new company who are looking for like minded individuals to build and develop their team, as the company grows career progression will be available to those with ambition and drive. You will generate new business income for the business, create new customer contacts and clients, develop new business initiatives, develop prospect base, achieve agreed new business targets, manage clients secured and achieve high levels of retention, operate within agreed company procedures in accordance with FSA requirements, maintain high levels of service standards to all clients and maintain and develop good working relationships with all suppliers. You will have Cert CII (ACII desirable), proven sales experience, good client handling/presentation skills, detailed knowledge of insurance products/market, self-motivation to develop new clients and revenue streams, good organisational skills and knowledge of basic IT systems.
