Our client is a local Mortgage Broker who has been running for nearly 10 years; they have 12 current Mortgage Advisors who are completing between 25 to 40 mortgages per month. They are looking to recruit an experienced Financial Advisor to join the team. This is fantastic opportunity as this is a stand alone role and the successful candidate will have the benefit of all the leads provided by the Mortgage Consultants. The successful candidate will be qualified with all relevant Financial qualifications and currently advising as a face-to-face Financial Consultant dealing with Pensions, Investments and Life Cover. You will need to be a professional and motivated individual with the desire to exceed targets and succeed. This role is available on either an employed or self employed package. Excellent Trainee Mortgage Advisor opportunity.  Our Estate Agency client is seeking four Mortgage Advisors for the Bournemouth area, to provide an effective and efficient mortgage advisory/placement service to customers, ensuring the provision of ‘best advice’ in line with company procedures and statutory rules and regulations. Experienced Mortgage Advisors should be CeMap qualified with an excellent track record; Trainees will be supported through studying for their CeMap. A background in face-to-face sales is required for this role. Your key task will be to conduct mortgage interviews and complete mortgage questionnaires, and you will be targeted with increasing revenue from the sales of financial services products.  You will also develop and maintain a close working relationship with the residential sales team, ensuring a constant supply of referrals. Our client is looking to recruit a Central Operations Administrator to report to the Central Operations Manager and to carry out duties as below in the day to day running and improvement of the operations department. In addition to carry out the day to day tasks of the team following requests produced by the front office. Financial Controller

Our client is seeking a Financial Controller to help with company growth. The successful candidate will report directly to the Directors of the company; therefore you must be highly organised, self motivated and with the ability to work well under pressure and to meet deadlines. The role entails producing management accounts, sales and purchase ledger, bank and cash reconciliations and tracking inter-company transactions. You must be able to produce accounts to trial balance and be able to produce various financial reports to include profit and loss. It also includes supporting the business with ad hoc accounting duties including ledger management, VAT returns and month end. The ideal candidate will come from an accounting background and at a minimum be part AAT qualified. You must have an excellent knowledge and be fully conversant with Sage Proline 50, be able to work on your own initiative, possess excellent verbal and written communication skills. You will be proactive, have a strong understanding of key controls and accounting processes and be ready to work in a sometimes demanding working environment. The successful candidate will be qualified with CeMap and currently advising as a face-to-face or telephone based mortgage consultant. Our client offers an employed package with all leads and support provided. Employed package £15k to £20k basic depending on experience plus OTE £48k realistically for the first year; this is uncapped. Working Hours: Usually 9am - 6pm week days and 3pm - 4pm on some Saturdays. The successful Advisor is the one that is prepared to make evening and weekend calls and you are encouraged to consider this as building your own business.
