Customer Services job offers in BournemouthPart-Time Customer Service AdvisorsOur client is seeking two part-time Customer Service Advisors on a 'temp to perm basis', who are immediately available, for their call centre. Each vacancy will be 20 hours per week and you will work on a flexible basis within the call centre operation hours to suit the needs of the business. Opening hours are: Monday - Friday 08.00 - 18.00; Saturdays 09.00 - 14.00. You will be required to work every Saturday as part of your contracted 20 hours a week. It is absolutely essential that you have previous call centre experience; you must also have an excellent phone manner and be used to working within a busy environment. Applicants must also have basic typing, numeracy and literacy skills. The ability to cope under pressure and experience of working to targets/deadlines would also be beneficial.
