Administration job offersOffice SupervisorOur client currently requires an Office Supervisor for their Lymington office. Candidates must ideally have several years’ experience as an Office Supervisor or be able to demonstrate equivalent transferable skills in the areas of administration, premises management and health and safety. Previous experience of supervision is essential as the job will involve supervising a receptionist and an administration assistant. This is a hands-on role involving a considerable amount of administration. The successful candidate must: be prepared to get involved in doing the work in addition to supervising; be able to carry out accurate and speedy file closure and archiving, plus effective storage and retrieval of deeds, wills and other records; be capable of dealing with incoming and outgoing post; manage cost effective stationery ordering; supervise on-site contractors; organise catering for in-house and client events; supervise office moves and have responsibility for day to day health and safety issues.
