A welcome return

Recruitment consultant Emma Sikora has returned to her former employer Fresh Recruits following two years working in HR for a software company in Surrey.

The 27-year-old graduate first worked for the recruitment agency in 2005-06 and says she is delighted to be back in her adopted home town.

Originally from Ashford in Middlesex, Emma studied a communications degree at Bournemouth University and went on to pass her REC Foundation during her first stint at Fresh Recruits.

SHE’S the longest serving member of staff at Fresh Recruits, and now Shelley McCue has become the agency’s office manager.

Starting as an administrative temp at the recruitment firm in 2003 – a year after the independent agency was launched - Shelley has moved up through the admin ranks to her pivotal new role.

As office manager Shelley is the firm’s backbone ensuring the smooth running of the team’s workplace, as well as the support functions for the temp and permanent job seekers on Fresh Recruits’ books.
